The week after Labor Day provided spectacular weather for my second annual Skookumchuck Rapids trip with Body Boat Blade. Rain in camp followed by beautiful weather at "the wave made for a fantastic three day surf epic. Hula hooping, Skookum burgers, one (or two orders of poutine, oh and some surfing too. With the flood running up to 12.4 kts, the wave was playful in sea kayaks and whitewater boats. Everything went "swimmingly" (another post on that later!). Cheers!
